At Aarna Luxe Accessories, we want you to love what you wear. But in case you receive a wrong, damaged, or simply unsatisfactory product, we offer a smooth and hassle-free return process.

What is Aarna Luxe Accessories' Return Policy?

We follow a 7-day return policy. You can return your products within 7 days of delivery, no questions asked.

How to Initiate a Return?

  • Drop us an email at aarnaluxeofficial@gmail.com or connect with us on WhatsApp at +91-98119 77222 within 7 days of receiving your order. Mention your Order ID and reason for return.
  • Ensure that the product is in its original condition, with all packaging, tags, and invoice intact.
  • Carefully repack the item to ensure it reaches us safely and undamaged.

If you have received a damaged or wrong product, we will arrange a free reverse pickup for you.

Once shipped, please share the courier name and tracking/waybill number with us via email.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order if it hasn’t been processed or shipped yet. Just email or call us at the earliest. If your order has already been dispatched, please wait for it to arrive and then initiate a return.

Product Exchanges

To exchange a product, email us at aarnaluxeofficial@gmail.com or contact us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery.

Why Was My Return Rejected?

Returns are subject to a quality check. If returned items are found worn, damaged, or not in original condition, your return may be declined and sent back to you.

Custom Orders

Unfortunately, customized or made-to-order jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refund Timeline & Process

Once we receive your return at our warehouse and it passes the quality check, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.

All refunds are issued as store credit/gift cards, valid for future purchases with no expiry date.

If the product is found to be in unsellable condition, no refund will be processed and the item will be shipped back to you.

Pickup Refusal or Self-Shipping

We offer free pickup only for damaged or incorrect items. For all other returns, customers are requested to self-ship to our return address.

If you'd like us to arrange a return pickup, a reverse shipping fee of ₹80 will be deducted from your refund/store credit.
